High West Rendezvous Rye

High West Rendezvous Rye is a blended rye whiskey produced by High West Distillery in Park City, Utah. It is made from a blend of two rye whiskeys: a 16-year-old rye that has been aged in new, charred oak barrels, and a 6-year-old rye that has been aged in used barrels. This combination of young and old whiskeys creates a well-balanced, flavorful whiskey with a rich, spicy character.

The High West Rendezvous Rye has a deep amber color and a nose that is rich and complex, with notes of vanilla, toffee, and oak. The palate is full and spicy, with flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, balanced by a hint of sweetness and a subtle fruitiness. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering warmth and a hint of oak.

High West Rendezvous Rye is bottled at 46% ABV, and is non-chill filtered to preserve its natural flavor and character. It is a highly regarded whiskey, and has won several awards, including a gold medal at the World Whiskies Awards. It is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but can also be used in classic cocktails like the Manhattan or the Old Fashioned.
