Ingredients

2 oz High West Double Rye
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Angostura Bitters (Garnish)
Brandied Cherries (Garnish)

Tools of the Trade

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Martini Glass

Recipe

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain back into the cocktail shaker and shake again with no ice (reverse dry shake).
  4. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with Angostura bitters and brandied cherries.
