Our goal has always been to make a whisky that is not only of world-class quality and workmanship, but also accessible to everyone, regardless of how they enjoy it.

Two-Fold is our most ambitious stride in that direction, a double grain whisky aged exclusively in our characteristic Australian red wine barrels. Wheat and Malted Barley, two of Australia's most traditional grains, come together to create a flavor-forward whisky with rich nuances propelled by the force of two grains. Matured in Melbourne's very reactive environment, this whisky is superbly balanced and incredibly adaptable for sipping. Spiced vanilla and juicy tropical fruit dominate the nose. While aromas of Fuji apples and roasted nuts abound on the mouth.
