Charbay is the exclusive importer of this highly revered, limited production tequila, made with 100% Estate grown blue agave from the highlands of Jalisco.To make Blanco, Agave Pina's are harvested by Jimadores, slowly baked for 4 days, then crushed to extract the Mosto. Fermented by an 80-year old yeast culture, double-distilled in Tequilano Pot Stills, aged 6 months in stainless steel. Spicy, with a delicious 100% agave grilled-pepper flavour.
