INSÓLITO Reposado is aged for at least 6-10 months in new American Oak barrels at the highest altitude distillery in Mexico. The Blanco flavor profile, along with the hot days and cool nights spent aging in the barrel, provides a unique complexity as well as a multitude of rich flavor notes including Floral, Grapefruit, Cinnamon, Nuts, and a hint of Vanilla.
