Our variety of agave spirits in this collection are unaged and bottled fresh upon distillation with the mission of bringing to the fore the subtleties in aroma differences inherent to each botanical species of agave when produced under equal circumstances without any overpowering wood or peat aromas from smoking. In contrast to Porfidio, Single-Agave® Opus-01 is processed by the same method of thermal hydrolysis.
