Art of the Spirits Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made with 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley and has been aged for 8-21 years in a new 53 gallon American oak barrel. This bourbon has a caramel corn nose that compliments its elegant gold shine. It has a sweet caramel corn taste and a hint of smooth, earthy-oak for the finish.

Art of the Spirits Cask Strength “Honored to Serve” Straight Bourbon Whiskey is in collaboration with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Foundation. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that was formed in April of 2017 by local community leaders to support specific projects of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.

The role of the Foundation is not to displace funding for basic law enforcement, or to reduce the responsibility of El Paso County to commit the necessary funding for law enforcement services for its citizens, but rather to provide the resources to fill the gap where budgets stop and new opportunities begin.
