INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz. Casa Dragones blanco tequila
3/4 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 pinch Salt

TOOLS OF THE TRADE

  • Jigger
  • Blender
  • Tea Strainer
  • Shaker
  • Citrus Squeezer
  • Martini Glass

RECIPE

  1. Using a blender, blend all the ingredients except the salt.
  2. Strain through a tea strainer into a shaker, and shake with a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour into a Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with more cilantro.
