Every day we find a new whiskey in Lynchburg. This is so that we may sample our barrels every day and select the ones that are distinctive enough for our Single Barrel collection. One might be more sweet. One may have a larger oak. However, each is carefully chosen for its own distinct interpretation of our Tennessee Whiskey. Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Barrel Proof whiskey is bottled directly from the barrel at its full proof, just as nature intended. Barrel Percent is bottled at between 125 and 140 proof and is intense, smooth, and astonishingly diversified, pushing Jack's signature vanilla and toasted oak tastes to daring new heights.
