The eighth national release, comprised of barrels made in the spring of 2010 and bottled in the spring of 2021, ushers in the next hallmark series to the bottled-in-bond tradition.


The fall edition comes in an elaborate decanter with a black label that is consistent throughout all fall releases. This edition's tax strip, which has traditionally been a sign of transparency on bottled-in-bond products, will reveal when the liquid was created and bottled, as it has in previous editions. It fits the exacting criteria for a bottled-in-bond: a single distillery's output from a single distilling season, matured for at least four years, and bottled at 100 proof (50 percent alcohol by volume).
